About the Role
Monitor entry and exit points during services and events
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff
Observe surroundings and report any concerns to leadership
Assist with crowd flow and emergency response if needed
Work with staff to ensure smooth and secure operations
Requirements
Strong awareness and attention to surroundings
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
Good communication and conflict-resolution skills
Dependable and punctual
Prior security experience preferred but not required
