Refund Policy

Donations

All donations, tithes, and offerings are non-refundable, as they are immediately directed toward ministry work

Events & Programs

If a paid event or program is canceled by TFM, a:

  • Refund or

  • Credit toward a future event

will be provided.

Digital Products & Courses

Due to immediate access, digital items are non-refundable unless a technical error prevents delivery.

Physical Products

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement consideration.
